Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving your item.

Return Conditions: Items must be in their brand-new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.

Quality & Damage Issues: Since doorbells contain electronic components or precision castings, if you find functional malfunctions or transit damage upon receipt, please take photos/videos and contact us via email within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
